directors credibility at stake, page-15

I disagree, the deal is a company maker & likely WMT had the right connections to get it over the line the deal is cash & shares over time, maybe WMT will even bring in one of the majors on board to help them develop it who knows, my only concern is this share price at the moment, is it being manipulated lower so Anglesey get a larger amount of shares?
