I think Jerko has possibly made some kind of proposition to the argentine president, and now has left it with him to think about whatever that proposition is so Jerko could be waiting feedback from the president. Could it be something to do with possibly skip stage 2 and jump to stage 3 and the government funding AGY maybe...just thinking out aloud. AIMO.
