    I think the WLF funding announcement will come via cash from RCF VI, in which was sourced from their RCF IV fund sell downs/outs (BMN, VMY, PEN?)

    In summary, selling down to keep their bad investments afloat. If WLF goes into admin, RCF as a shareholder would get zilch back and get cents back in the $ for their debt.
