Yes, seberhardt, I'm being way over optimistic. More alluding to the future possibilities. That said, I notices your attached article is more than two years old and the lottery system then was only for major Chinese cities. As I understand it, the lottery system now encompasses the entirety of China, given the Bloomberg report did not specify major cities only. Even so, I could be wrong given the statement was ambiguous. Thanks for pointing out the other options, which I wasn't aware of.
