SHAW Analyst Comments: New deal for VeCommerce

New deal

VeCommerce (VCM) announced yesterday it will supply speech recognition
technology to Suncorp Metway. The deal is expected to generate between
$1M and $1.5M in revenue in 2003. The system will be used to simplify and
replace the current selection based telephone menu’s which have 19 different
options making getting lost in the system possible. The system can easily be
expanded as further applications are added, and larger capacity is required.
