it simply means no one is buying or selling at .005.....or at least, not on the screen. Anything can happen, you put your buy in at .005 and it could sit there for weeks, or, it could fill before it hits the screen. There may be a seller waiting for a buyer to come in...
its probably a thinly traded stock?... or all trades that day were finished??...any number of reasons, but certainly nothing to get concerned about
