time is running out on MCO before she kicks into gear (big announcement on u/g plant pre-feasibility now due with some more of those 1000's g/t Au - true!!!!)
anyways, the way i understand CNP is that if financing is put in place then up she goes. a simplistic view though as an outsider my views are often simply nieve!
