Just wondering .. while CVN's (Thailand) share should be as per POE ann would CVN's be a little different ??? since they hold extra leases with SUR jv.
Could this be why there is a delay ?
If so great cause the reserve figure will be even larger.
All sorts of (hopes) ideas go through ones head while waiting
reserve difference perhaps
