anz has sold all gwr shares, page-13

you guys forgot to read the announcement properly, on the 2nd page of the ANZ disclosure today.

It sounds like ANZ weren't the beneficial owner of these remaining 9m shares. Were these 9m shares even part of this OPES prime debacle??

Is that the way you guys read it??

"The schedule attached to yesterday's announcement identified ANZ as having an interest in
excess of 5% of the total issued voting shares in each of Adelaide Resources Limited (ADN),
Austex Oil Limited (AOK), AXG Mining Limited (AXC), Catalyst Metals Limited (CYL), Golden
West Resources Limited (GWR), Mooter Media Limited (MMZ), Millepede International Limited
(MPD), NSX Limited (NSX), Photo-me Australia Limited (PTO) and Red Fork Energy Limited
(RFE) arising in connection with the Opes Prime AMSLAs. As a result of the settlement of sale
transactions in respect of shares in those companies, ANZ no longer has an interest in the
companies arising in connection with the Opes Prime AMSLAs in excess of 5%. Accordingly,
those companies have been omitted from this schedule."
