Maybe it is the new "Novus" of the stockmarket.
Good assets and properties, but unloved until another company is interested.
NVS was a dog for a long time until that Indo company made a bid.
At the current price, IMO, HDR is a much better buy than NVS. COE is much better than NVS, but not as good as HDR.
