GT40 its funny you talk about misleading when you start a countdown which many would assume is regarding an ann or some sort of information about FSE (considering its on the FSE thread), and then say its a countdown to your birthday! Thats misleading.

Also posting incorrect information regarding what FSE has announced in the past is misleading. The ann states "It is anticipated that the full strategy and way forward will be made known to the market within the next 14 days" is a bit different to "deal will be announced in 14 days".

"Last week a director and consultant geologist went to south africa and had preliminary discussions with the vendors of a potential project. There needs to be some desk work due diligence compleeted and then negotiation of a time sheet before any specific announcement can be made". This was released just over a month ago so not sure how that is misleading.

If that is the basis of your complaint, I think your email might already be in the ASX trash.
