I read some report by some uneducated moron today that auction clearance results are the worst in 6 years.

he was referring to last weekends results.....lol

So lets base the property market on one weekends clearance rates....fair dinkum......no wonder people get sucked in.

So I did a bit of research.

back in 2002 auction clearances were similar to right now...as in last weekend....and what have we had since then?......interest rates dropped and....well my properties must be up on average about 150% since then.....enough said.
