I still hold in farm super. Not sure why the dip. Bearing in mind meat prices haven't spiked yet like the grains have. I'm simply holding until the meat story plays out. Their land is doing nothing but appreciating. Futuris doing their best to ruin their chances of making money out of their stake by simply providing no clarity to the market. Imbiciles! Selling the only asset likely to make them money in the future ... because it is managed by other people LOL
I own cattle futures (both live and feeder) on the deferred months ... am looking for similar upticks in meat commodity values as the grains have enjoyed. They are currently slaughtering pigs in Canada and paying producers to remain out of the system for 3 years ... the bottom is not far off for the meats!
