Giving Collection House the benefit of the doubt, the FY18 number is probably not telling the whole story. They've sold the rights to some payment arrangements, recognised as the $5.6m Call Option Income, so you'd expect Interest income to fall as a result. The Call Option Income is probably front-ended though. Your point still stands.
