Techically they have all day today and over the weekend until the deadline is over, Chinese work weekends...Cuba is also 360degree different time zone to Collins st.
So a Monday morning Ann seems possible to me, if they are going to do what they say they will do.
If they are not.... well let’s take that scenario next week..
Give them until Monday....
