Hi Scilly and Vin,

In your experience which guessing is vastly superior to mine if i was a major co looking at a smaller cap company that has a superior product would below be a reasonable checklist of achievements / items i would be looikng at the small cap to have before becoming interested.

Superior IP that can be patent protected and defended

Obtaining organic growth which in turn is cutting into our market

Sales traction into markets and countries where we have none or struggle.

I know the above is pretty simplistic and there would obvisously be more to consider but im just thinking out loud at the moment.
