I thought of that too, even if the company gives her a low interest loan. However, if that were to eventuate, then she would be accused of shorting and will have made a further profit on her transaction.
The window for share buyback has passed I believe and there are only 2 options open for redemption at this stage. One is a positive news update in the very near future or the other is a leadership change to Peter Nathan which would be seen as a positive move.
