I thought the same as you when I was reading through however the amounts paid to the consulting firms matched up exactly to the amounts paid out to directors for the year.
Off the cuff I'd say they do it for tax purposes but could be another reason...
like I said , I'm more than happy for directors to be getting big money if they perform..but they're simply -not..
AGM is coming up quickly, looking forward to see what the resolution around remuneration are!
