From their the rest cascades.. getting finance for jv agreement and finance for small immediate mining operation..

I imagine with locals at 40% of project but with NO freecarry on mining project.. their freecarry is just until the feasibility studies at preproduction stage.. for the bigger projects..
Meaning locals assistance and probably chinese assistance with some debt financing to cover this will probably be the order of the day..

Besides this.. it is fantastic to read that tar has first rights to other projects these specific locals may have... that is very very interesting.. no need to add more right now.. but in 6 to 12mnths time.. getting another kamilombe or mwilu on board.. geez.. whay would that do to the medium to longterm potential of tar )
