Just IMO, but if you have no confidence because former directors sold their shares your investment in this must be based on very shaky foundations.
The current directors must hold three times that amount of shares and aren't selling. Who cares if former directors sell. Do you know the reason they sold? I don't, and don't care either. I probably acquired some of their shares so I will thank them for that.
But each to their own.
