Conspiracy theory warning!
I think a lot of HIV drug producers could have their profits significantly threatened by a successful BIT225 Ph3 trial. I think that if there is a takeover offer, holders ought to be certain that the acquirer has the right intentions and plans to work hard to get the drug to market, before accepting. BIT225 could be worth far more dead than alive to some corporations, but it would be dirty money IMO.
