I do not want to call it as minister backdown. They don't accept Backdown. They like to be convinced or satisfied by providing info. Our guys are doing now.
We are talking our SP in 16 or 17 c . I see over 20c by Nov and 25c by December. China wants to diversify their supplies. HZN is one of the suppliers they may be looking to lock with long term supply contracts.
