I don't fully understand why the word "Prepayment" is being used ....why isn't the payment being made when it is actually due and payable .... or is just another way for SFI asking for an advance of funds from EV or do we need funds to make the IER somehow look better on the books ???? .....just not making a lot of sense to me imo !!!!
