Yes I understand. But the underwriter is solely Macq Bank, they have the sole responsibility on the shortfall, any other underwriter needs to be listed in the prospectus. Post issuance Macq will tap existing shareholders to pick up some additional allocations, if there are no takers Macq Bank sell these on market.
IFF clearly has taken approx 4.4mil at $1.00 on 26th Sept.
