FAS is not getting GWR cheaply. They are diluting by 70+% to get it and you and me will me major shareholders not current FAS holders. Not just blokes walking around with a wad of cash in our pockets while we watch portman go to $50 bucks and thinking, Damn if only we didn't sell out to Portman so cheaply as apposed to holding FAS and going.....mmmmmm FAS hit $5 today, we're loaded.
