To my mind the most interesting word used in this announcement is the use of the word "material". Using rudimentary common sense in the stock market there is NO WAY you would use that word if it was bad news. This implies that it will have a big impact on the share price , you simply wouldn't say that if it was going to be negative. You would likely just use the word "update".
Anyway stay tuned. This share price could really light up.
