I used the . service@anzshareinvesting email. Appalling generic reply that was of no use. I was locked out of my account and given a local phone number to use. I followed the suggestion of one of the posters here and logged on with my usual client number and my usual password but in capitals. After a week of anguish I was in. IMO this has been done deliberately so that they gradually moved the anz clients to the new platform.ANZ now joins my 2 other most hated Aussie companys Telstra and Westpac and I will be ceasing my business with them 1st chance
