Nope … it looks to me that the price will recoil lower again, unfortunately … the market doesn't like uncertainty and when a company like WKT need cash to make Tanzania work, picking up more financial obligations in Scotland creates more uncertainty.
Sure - OK in the long run … but the announcement isn't what the market wants here and now.
