Or people simply aren't interested in a company that hasn't been able to successfully land a significant deal in over 3 years while they burn through $1+ million per quarter. And have consistently gone over their estimated cash outflows for each quarter. Who invests in that kind of company? A company that waited until the last SPP closed, before announcing that none of their previously announced 'deals' were performing anywhere close to what they were supposed to.
And people wonder why the SPP closes before the 4C this time? Isn't it obvious?
