JRO, page-4

Hi Guys,

I am Chinese and have read through all the announcement being released on 29.09.2018. There are substantial information involved that I will not translate here.

Here is a short version of two important points based on my understanding:

1. The "sliver group" formed by 16 banks will keep the loan limit unchanged to solve its debt crisis and improve JRO's credibility, while all the remaining account payable to JRO will be held by the group as collateral security.

2. An official law document to state that the JRO will have rights to use the patents of Optimum Shenzhen (its subsidiary) for future production for its potential strategic investor (party not disclosed). The production will be in the method of tolling.

People in China seems to talk that the mysterious potential investor is as BYD, to form alliance to against CALT. Overall, our 6% spod is still popular in the market. Hope they will be loaded onto the ship soon and head to its next stop and every shareholders will be rewarded.
