What do do mean dodging dealings Mining Doctor, you are a flat out flog that must of lost out to Erling and Jamie on something in a past life.   I guarantee that if they were still there this crap wouldn’t be going on.   Did you note the current board is increasing there wages 100% the same thing the last board got removed for???   They all could just sell some assets and it down the debt but the current board and management are empire building, an easy thing to do when you have no skin in the game. The Chairman, Monk has $10k of shares, what a joke!  What I understand Nemtsas and Sorensen and associates own more than a third of this business, I am sure they are not going to fade in the dark.  Expect them to come back with another spill I bet very soon.
