I held CSL when the share's split a bit over 10 years ago. $100/share was a psychological barrier back in those days.
The Australian market has matured and internationalized since then and people are no longer afraid of $100 as a limit. Most good US companies are well over $100/share and the market just accepts that it is the price to pay for a good company with a long history of solid growth behind it.
