There is nothing to disclose until the deal is complete - so they are not breaching any rules.
We've had the announcement to say the deal is being worked on (speeding ticket answer) - and in phone contact they say it is progressing, and close, but until the signatures are on paper, there is nothing to tell the market.

It's a get in and wait for gap up ann imo.....it seems the deal is inevitable, but just taking time.

That's how I see it anyway.
