On your last point agreed, while it's easy on a excel spreadsheet to make a business case NPV work, as Altech is going through getting all the approvals and finance is what takes the time. I'd rather my bird in the hand please.
It's important to remember that the DFS just values the Johor project's expected value. It ascribes nothing to the feed stocks inherent value, the company's position in the market, its technology; these are all free kicks to making Altech more valuable into the future. Still the biggest barrier is getting the first plant up; from there we'll have cashflow to really growth the value of the business.
