@prowiz and I spoke to Henry C after this years AGM and he mentioned that they were starting to see signs of MABR actually being written into tenders in China. This is the first evidence I've seen, but it looks as though he was right. Many thanks for posting. Cracking sleuthing.
@ywtoh Regarding the challenge of monitoring compliance, hopefully the detailed Stanford University report - after almost a year of study and tinkering - will mitigate this significantly if positive?
