MSB did not book the session and this is not what was announced on Sep 25th, other than;

Full results of this Phase 2b trial will be presented by the trial’s independent
investigators at an upcoming conference.

The trial was funded by the US National Institute of Health. The NIH or one of the 28 authors of the presentation ‘Intramyocardial Injection of Mesenchymal Precursor Cells in Left Ventricular Assist Device Recipients: Impact on Myocardial Recovery and Morbidity’ booked it. None of their disclosures indicate any connection with Mesoblast.

Yes I am surmising that unless the booking was made quite possibly before the Estimated Primary Completion Date of August 2018 then it was made some what later, well after the August 10 cut off date. I don't believe they would have booked until after all the 28 researchers were convinced their research and results were satisfactorily complete.

I believe Mesoblast certainly would have publicised the date in the September 25 ASX release if they knew it then, and I believe the NIH or the researcher booking the presentation would be courteous enough to inform Mesoblast ASAP with confirmation of the event.

So yes I think it got in very late and I don't think that would have been allowed by the American Heart Association with their cut off date of August 10 if it was not exceptional.
