Not only that but they would sell the second half very cheap too. Like Scarpa said the competitor would likely be a Chinese company who would make the project goes into production before we do. Given avz’s existing offtake agreements are not binding, their offtake customers will go to the Chinese competitors since it is easier to do business between Chinese and money ultimately goes back to China. Chinese a very smart when it comes to business.m, their costs are low, less regulations to follow. They will have trouble staying competitive with the competitor.
Combination of offtake partner and debt seems to be a better option imo.
