Hate to say it but I think everyone is holding back because of Zambian Tax issue.
The copper price rising is of no real benefit to EQN, because I think there is a 75% windfall tax on the copper price above $3.50. So for every $1 up, EQN only really gets an extra $0.25 is my understanding.
We need the tax stability agreement to be maintained.
