    I've observed this price action in stocks with similar SIO and market caps. SVY has been played up and down the past few months. Working the spread for retail to chase up- then sell it back down. red flag for me. If you're glass half full you might say someone's accumulating, glass half empty it's just a retail rinse and opportunity cost. A combo of all I feel
