In addition, if there is indeed supply contracts in place that require minimum safety stocks or monthly supply targets and SYR fails to meet those performance metrics, SYR will be subject to the financial obligations and penalties listed in the supply agreements requiring working capital to satisfy those financial obligations...these are the facts of the graphite industry.
