That's it. Because a pub is technicially a private residence, the owners have the right to evict, or kick out any of their guests if they are not abiding by the rules. Once outside the pub/venue or or away within a reasonable distance, they are then in the public. Mr Bouncer, who obviously has little knowledge of the law, has then chosen to assualt a citizen for whatever reason and has caused death.
