Unfortunately things do not work out that cut and dry

small problems can become big problems very quickly

The police are very reluctant to turn up to hotel/night club fights and by the time they do turn up the situation is either over one way or another or totaly out of control.

Primarily bouncers are responsible for what happens on the premises not on the street but the hotel's license can be at risk if there is constant fighting on the street outside and because the police are reluctant to show up it is left to the bouncers to control this.

Legally a bouncer is also not allowed to throw punches but when it is a case of hit or be hit the legalities are the last thing considered.

Many bouncers are thugs and are just out looking for someone to hit but there are alos a lot of idiots out there who have a few drinks and end up being complete d/h
