As a hedge on a potential massive run
I did it years and years back on some LOM options at 0.1c (prior to consolidation) and pulled a 10-20 bagger
So you pay 0.1c now for the SUD options, or 0.5c for the heads
If the heads go to 2c, that’s a 4 bagger from here. The options would be worth 0.5c as a minimum, meaning a 5 bagger on the options
If the heads go to 4c, that’s an 8 bagger. The options at 2.5c would be a 25 bagger
The options are only better value if you believe the heads will run past 2c, then the leverage really takes effect
