There's plenty to stop the company. Its waste of time/money and we've had enough of our time/money wasted already. Its due diligence for a reason- mitigate risk. There's no value in doorknocking an exploratory drill program that hit one intersection out of 5 holes. MOU's are worthless outside of a daytrade. Zims expensive. Zims slow. I'd rather they just JVd into some Oz projects than go it alone in a dodgy African "democracy".
