    WAPRC might have lodged the ODI application to NDRC Shanghai office. Hope ANS will update us since the WAPRC application may serve as an evidence for the availability of $100 million. It will take around 4 to 6 weeks for obtaining the NDRC approval. $100 million can only be transferred from China to Australia after the NDRC approval.
