I disagree, I sold the first moment I could after what the CEO did.
This was obviously going down, everyone could see it happening. Now regardless of your sentiment, you can either sell to lock in the cash and have it safe, or sell in order to buy more shares.
Holding was not the right call in such a situation, it was a VERY safe bet that this was going to head south after the CEO sold all her shares.
