All it means is that they are tying off the information previously given to the market regarding the DD access that was granted to BMM before the rights issue commenced pursuant to the prospect of BMM launching takeover bid. We've all moved on and this isn't really news, but it's nice to see a formal closing of the communication loop to the market. Interesting to see that this announcement was 6 weeks to the day after the earlier (22/08) announcement stating that the DD access had been granted. I wonder whether this was just a formality pursuant to an ASIC requirement or ASX listing rule.
