No reason not to hold , in fact I have doubled back up in the last week given the company has numerous options given its assets ,ie would be interesting to see what would happen to the share price if it monetized some of its retirement villages given the current sp discount to book value .
I do not see this as a value trap since the dividend keeps on giving , my only issue is that house prices in Vic and NSW are stagnating which could impact retirees selling up to go into a retirement complex
