you have to distinguish between the operational aspect and the capital-market aspect. The project is great without any doubt but if your shareholder communication is poor and if you're not able to attract institutional holders, approaching brokers, being to shy to go to Canada then your shareprice will suffer and this caused three negative effects:

a) you have to accept much more dilution which makes the project per share less attractive

b) your project partners regard you as a small penny stock and this will bring you in a worse negotiation position.

c) institutional investors got scared specially if a fund is selling


I have to admit, that I was really pi$$ed after it becomes obvious that Oceanic is the big seller and the only inofficial statement of ARU was an eMail to some shareholders please not to approach Oceanic because they feel uncomfortable. In my view this is another demonstration of ARUs unprofessional investors communication.
