It seems to me that one of the current difficulies with ADY is that there has been a loss of control certainly of the share price.
We are back to the bad old days of phantom bids and phanom sell orders and the whims of traders.
There has been 100,000,000 of stock off loaded and no new major stable shareholders identified.
The directors have given no market updates of the status of current management holdings in the company. The most recent company presentation shows ambiguity in PTs holdings.
This at least could be resolved by an up to date statement of director holdings.Then we could all see who is actually in control of the company.
Unfortunately I suspect 2ic has hit it on the head!!
